Later in her twenties, after battling migraines and unexplained health issues, she found healing through strength training, nutrition, and a renewed commitment to wellness. Coffee—and matcha—became her go-to at nearly every event, and baristas became an unexpected source of comfort and connection.

Fueled by nearly a decade of operations experience and studies in business and public health at Texas A&M, Alexandra founded Rebel Pour to craft elevated coffee experiences that blend wellness, flavor, and connection.
