Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Rebel Pour LLC (“Service Provider”) and the individual or entity booking and paying for services (“Client”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Rebel Pour LLC will provide mobile coffee cart services for the Client, as described in the event quote delivered via email.
1. Event Details
The Client is hiring Rebel Pour LLC to provide services for the event as outlined in their submitted online booking form and confirmed via email. Any changes to the event details must be communicated directly to Rebel Pour LLC with at least seven (7) days’ notice prior to the event start date. Changes may be subject to availability and could incur additional charges.
Please refer to Section 9: Cancellation and Refund Policy for details on how changes or cancellations may affect refunds or credits.
2. Menu to Be Served
The menu for each event will be agreed upon in advance between Rebel Pour LLC and the Client. Rebel Pour LLC reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to the menu if key ingredients or supplies become unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., supply chain issues, seasonal availability, vendor shortages).
Below is a sample menu representative of Rebel Pour’s coffee cart offerings. Actual menu items may vary depending on event type, seasonal availability, or Client preferences.

The Client acknowledges that Rebel Pour LLC beverages may contain common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, tree nuts, and gluten. Rebel Pour LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.1 Scope of Services
Rebel Pour LLC will provide mobile coffee cart service for the number of guests and service hours as outlined in the booking confirmation. Services include setup, beverage preparation, and breakdown. Trash disposal, venue cleaning, and plumbing access are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. Coordination with Venue
Rebel Pour LLC requires access to the venue no later than 1.5 hours in advance of the event start time for setup, and 1 hour post-event for breakdown and load-out. The Client is responsible for making all necessary arrangements, at their expense, to provide this access.
Outdoor Setup: Rebel Pour LLC can set up coffee carts and equipment outdoors as long as:
There is no chance of rain
The temperature is between 50°F and 85°F
There are not significant wind gusts
The power requirements listed in Section 6 are met.
Please note that espresso machines do not function effectively in extreme temperatures or extreme wind.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full to Rebel Pour LLC to confirm event services.
A 100% deposit is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.
Payment may be made via credit card, check, or ACH transfer.
Services will not be confirmed or scheduled until full payment is received.
If the estimated number of guests increases, Rebel Pour LLC will revise the Estimated Total Cost accordingly. The Client must submit a Final Guest Count in writing at least one (1) week before the event. Additional guests beyond this count may incur additional charges.
4.1 Service Charge Policy
A 20% service charge will be automatically applied to the final invoice for all services rendered. This covers setup, teardown, transportation, and administrative costs to ensure flawless execution of your event.
4.2 Gratuity
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated for exceptional service. You’re welcome to add a tip at your discretion. Gratuity is not included in the service charge.
4.3 Late Payment Policy
If payment is not received by the due date outlined in this Agreement, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied for every seven (7) calendar days the payment remains outstanding. Rebel Pour LLC reserves the right to withhold services until full payment, including any applicable late fees, is received.
5. Responsibilities for Related Costs
The Client is solely responsible for all costs and/or deposits related to the venue, including obtaining any necessary permissions or authorizations required for Rebel Pour LLC to provide services.
6. Power Requirements:
The Client must provide one (1) dedicated 120V/20-amp circuit per espresso setup (espresso machine + grinder). This circuit must not be shared with other appliances. Rebel Pour LLC will provide all necessary extension cords and power strips rated for commercial use.
Without sufficient power, the espresso machine or grinder may malfunction, which can result in equipment damage. If the correct electrical requirements are not met, Rebel Pour reserves the right to adjust the service or cancel espresso-based offerings without refund. The power source must be within 25 feet of the setup location for standard 120V operation.
Alternative Setup (15-Amp Circuit):
If the Client is only able to provide a dedicated 120V / 15-amp circuit, Rebel Pour LLC must be notified at least 7 days prior to the event. In this case, espresso service may be limited or replaced with a reduced-power menu (e.g., cold brew, iced lattes, or pour-over), and performance cannot be guaranteed.
The power source must be within 25 feet of the setup location. No generators will be provided unless pre-arranged and confirmed in writing.
7. Insurance
Rebel Pour LLC carries or will obtain general liability insurance related to its services at the event.
8. Team & Staffing
Rebel Pour LLC may engage experienced staff or trusted collaborators to help deliver your event. These individuals operate under the direction of Rebel Pour LLC and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Client.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify Rebel Pour LLC for any damage, theft, or loss of its property occurring at the event, to the extent caused by the negligence of the Client, their guests, or staff.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Rebel Pour LLC.
Refund & Credit Policy:
60+ days before the event: Full refund or 100% credit
31–59 days before the event: 50% refund or 100% credit
30 days or fewer before the event: No refund. A credit of up to 75% may be issued at Rebel Pour LLC’s discretion and must be used within 4 months.
Custom Items
If any branded materials or custom items (e.g., signage, cups, rentals) have already been ordered and are non-refundable, the Client will be charged in full for those costs, regardless of cancellation date.
Force Majeure
Rebel Pour LLC shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Rebel Pour LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or issue a service credit, but refunds will not be guaranteed. If a suitable reschedule date cannot be agreed upon within 90 days, a credit or refund may be issued at Rebel Pour LLC’s discretion
10.1 Rescheduling Policy
Rebel Pour LLC strives to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. However, due to staffing and scheduling commitments, the following terms apply:
Single-day events may be rescheduled with a minimum of five (5) days’ notice. A 35% rescheduling fee will apply. Events canceled or rescheduled with less than five days’ notice will be charged in full to cover labor and coordination costs.
Multi-day events may be rescheduled with at least seven (7) days’ notice. A 35% rescheduling fee will apply. Events canceled or rescheduled with less than seven days’ notice will be charged in full.
All rescheduling is subject to Rebel Pour LLC’s availability on the requested new date.
10.2 Extended Service Rate
Should the Client request additional service time beyond the contracted hours, extended service may be accommodated based on staff and equipment availability.
Day-of requests are billed at $350 per hour. A one-hour minimum applies. Additional hours will be invoiced following the event.
10.3 Failure to Provide Access
If services cannot be rendered due to venue access restrictions, lack of communication, or other factors beyond Rebel Pour LLC’s control, no refund will be issued.
11. Limitation of Remedies
If Rebel Pour LLC is unable to fulfill its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, it may, with the Client’s written consent, arrange for a replacement service provider at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Rebel Pour LLC will not be responsible for any additional damages or compensation in such cases.
12. Dispute Resolution
We aim to exceed client expectations. If any issues arise, please communicate with us so we can work towards a resolution. The Parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any disputes before posting public reviews or commentary. The Parties agree not to post negative reviews or comments online about the other party without first providing written notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue amicably.
13. Photo & Media Release
The Client grants Rebel Pour LLC the unrestricted right to capture, use, and share photographs and video footage taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on Rebel Pour LLC’s website, social media platforms, print materials, advertising, and digital content.
Rebel Pour LLC agrees to use such content in a respectful and professional manner. If the Client prefers to restrict the use of specific images or requests anonymity (e.g., no tagging or mention of individuals or brands), this must be communicated in writing prior to the event.
No compensation shall be due to the Client for the use of such media.
If the event includes VIPs, brand embargoes, or is subject to confidentiality agreements, the Client must notify Rebel Pour LLC in writing prior to the event. In such cases, a media release waiver may be negotiated separately.
14. Jurisdiction and Venue and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the state and county where the service is provided.
15. Right to Refuse Service Clause
Rebel Pour LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any event if staff feel unsafe, disrespected, or if unlawful activity occurs. No refund will be issued in such cases.
16. Entire Agreement
This document, along with its exhibits and attachments, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
